Introduction

Awesome low cal. dessert! You can eat an entire 1/4 of the dessert for 1 serving. Melts in your mouth! Awesome low cal. dessert! You can eat an entire 1/4 of the dessert for 1 serving. Melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

    1 - sm box instant sugar free vanilla pudding
    2 - 8oz. can mandarin oranges - completely drained
    1 - 8oz. container fat free cool whip - completely thawed
    1 - sm. box sugar free orange Jell-O
    3 - ice cubes
    2 cups of water - separated

Directions

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water in large bowl.
Put 3 ice cubes in a 1 cup measuring cup and fill with water.
Add to Jell-O
Stir Jell-O until dissolved and set aside for 5 min. to cool.

With electric mixer stir in instant pudding, beating until pudding is well mixed.

Let stand for 15 min.

Fold in thawed cool whip, then the oranges.
Pour into 8x8 pan and refrigerate. (9x9 works too)

Cut into 4 equal servings.
