This smoothie is a nice sweet treat if you need a sweet treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. Adding the seeds gives you extra nutrients which are great if you are on a diet. Ingredients

    200ml of peach yoghurt
    2 Medium size bananas (the riper the better)
    1 small pear
    milled seed mix (optional)

Directions

wash and prepare all your fruit
pour yoghurt into blender , cut fruit into large pieces and blend.
add seeds near the end if using to keep some of the consistency of the milled seeds.
ENJOY!! mmmm
