Introduction

My hubby LOVES this recipe! He uses the leftovers as hamburger! My hubby LOVES this recipe! He uses the leftovers as hamburger!

Ingredients

    2 1/2 LB 93% Ground beef

    4 TBS Italian seasoning

    2 Cloves of garlic, minced

    1/2 White onion, chopped

    4 TBS Oregano

    2 eggs

    1/2 C Grated cheese

    1 Cup bread crumbs

    1 can tomato paste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400...Mix everything except half a can of tomato paste together, form into a loaf. Cover with the other half of tomato paste and a little sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Put in a pan, and cook for 45 minutes or until fully cooked. You can also make them into smaller loaves and it will take a bit shorter to cook.

Serving Size: makes 8 mini metloaves
