I made these changes 1) 1.5 lbs London Broil (Top Round) instead of 2 lbs 2) I didn't use salt. It was enough for 2 meals for hubby and me, hot the 1st night and cold the 2nd. It tasted even better cold, sliced thin. - 7/22/09

This was super-delicious! My husband loved it too! I broiled it instead of grilling just for the ease of it and it was great! - 2/19/11

    Incredible!
Turned out amazing! I didn't have chili powder, so I used Montreal steak seasoning. Cooked in a skillet on medium high heat-yum! - 6/4/17

Very Good! Used my indoor electric grill to make this and it turned out great! Can't wait to try it on a BBQ with smokey flavor. - 5/17/11
