Introduction

Jumbo sized recipe for family or party. Will last a week in fridge. Great as dip with veggies or pita or as a sandwich spread. Try it on whole wheat toast with cucumbers. Ingredients

    Drain and rinse 4 - 16 oz cans of reduced sodium garbanzos
    Use garlic press on 4 large cloves of garlic
    Juice two large lemons or 2/3 cup lemon juice
    2/3 cup cold water
    1/3 cup olive oil
    3 tbsp tahini
    1.5 tsp of sesame oil
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp cumin
    Add all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with paprika and parsley.

    Makes 5 cups
