Ingredients

    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - Cubed
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Large Red Bell Pepper - Sliced
    1 Large Yellow Onion - Sliced
    1/2 Cup Ceasar Dressing
    1 Cup Chicken Broth (99% FF & Low Sodium)
    1 Cup Italian Five Cheese Blend
    Garlic Powder & Black Pepper To Taste
    Corn Starch (if needed to thicken)

Directions

Boil pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large pot / dutch oven over medium high heat. Add chicken breast cubes and brown on all sides, add garlic salt and pepper to season.

Add in red bell pepper, onion, ceasar dressing and broth. Stir together and bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cook until veggies are tender. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste and corn starch as needed to thicken up.

Mix in cooked pasta and cheese, stir well.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1.5 Cup Servings
