Introduction
I absolutely love chicken salad sandwiches, but with regular mayonnaise they can really throw a wrench in your diet. I decided to add the ingredients I really like with my chicken salad and substitute the mayo and that seems to really make the difference. I hope you enjoy it too! Ingredients

1 regular-sized boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp Fat Free Mayo
1/4 c Grapes (cut up)
1/4 c Apples (diced)
Baby Spinach (you can add as much as you like, but this recipe count only has 1/4 c)
1/4 c Hard Boiled Egg
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 slice of Tomato
1 Mission Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla
Directions
Cook chicken however you choose (may cause prep time to increase). Chop up grapes, apples, hard boiled egg and slice a tomato and mix with the fat free mayo. When your chicken is ready dice it up and add it to the previously mixed ingredients and put them on your wrap. Add the slice of tomato and spinach on top with pepper to your liking and you've got a tasty wrap!
