    2 Cup Brown Rice, Cooked
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (low sodium,99% fat free)
    1 Can Kirkland Premium Chunk Chicken Breast (packed in water) 12.5 ounces
    4 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/2 Cup thin sliced Fresh Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup thin sliced Celery
    1 T Veggie Salt (very low sodium)
    1/4 Cup Water or 1/4 Cup Bullion
    1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or White)
    optional 2 slices Ginger. chopped fine


Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Bake uncovered to melt cheese on top.
Bake 35-45 minutes.
