Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups Apples, peeled
    3 cups Bananas, sliced
    .33 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 can evap. milk
    sugar (approx 1/4 cup)
    apple cider vinegar to over the top of sugar
    dry mustard (approx 1/2 tsp) ... (to taste)

Directions

Peel apples and slice
Peel bananas and slice
Mix mustard and sugar in 2 c. measuring cup w/fork.
Cover w/vinegar to approx 1/8th inch above sugar.
pour milk SLOWLY and beat at same time.
Pour over apples and bananas and gently stir until all covered, top with nutmeg.
