Ingredients

    Can Tuna, Jalapeno (diced), potato flakes, mustard, egg whites or egg beaters, and mined garlic (either fresh or in the jar).

Directions

Add all ingredients together to taste.... you can add seasoning if you like...I prefer to keep it simple. Then spray frying pan with Pam Olive Oil and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown. Serve with brown rice and vegetables......mmmmnnnn
