    Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)


Stir fry chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Put tomatoes, hot peppers, and onion in blender to make salsa. Serve and enjoy!
