Ingredients

    * Beans, red kidney, 3.5 cup
    * Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1 large
    * Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    * *Cumin ground, 2 tbsp
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * Salt, 3 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Jalapeno Peppers, .125 cup, sliced
    * Canned Tomatoes, 6 cup

Directions

chop peppers, onions, mince garlic and saute' til vegies are soft add ground beef and break up with wooden spoon cook til meat is browned. In Crockpot add all ingredients cook on low for 8-12 hours. May add ground red pepper if you like it hotter.
