Introduction

Ingredients

    *Eggbeaters, 4 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 chopped (remove)
    Spinach, frozen , 16 oz package

Directions

Cook the Spinach for about 4 minutes to thaw in microwave. I draw the water out using a paper towel when it is thawed

Chop the vegetables
Dump everything in a bowl
mix well
Pour in a 9x13 pan
cook 1 hour in a 350 0ven
