Ingredients

    1 pkg. of Jenni-O Hot Italian Turkey Sausages
    1 normal sized onion
    1 pkg. cabbage/cole slaw mix

Directions

Take turkey sausage out of casing and fry with a reg. sized onion. Drain well. Add pkg. of cole slaw mix cabbage. Cook down for about 5 min.

tadah....4 pre-cooked lunches to take to work.
