Ingredients

Jennie-O Italian Turkey Sausage Links (Hot)
1 1/2 cups sliced onions
1 cup sliced green bell peppers
1 cup sliced red bell peppers
1 cup sliced yellow bell peppers
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Medium Garlic Clove
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. Oregano
Directions
Slice onions and peppers into 1/4 to 1/2 inch strips.
Boil sausages in pot of water for 10 minutes. Remove from water and place on paper towel lined plate.
Warm skillet and add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil to skillet. Add onions and peppers to hot oil and reduce heat to medium high. Add dash of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic and oregano and continue to cook on medium high until vegetables are tender. Add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and sausages. Cook sausages until browned and a crisp. Serve on rolls. If desired, to decrease calories, do not use bread.
