Ingredients

    9 Cups Strawberries stem removed and quartered
    2.25 Cups Apple Juice
    3.33 Cups Sugar
    2 Tsp Margerine

Directions

Mash Strawberries with Potato masher
Add Apple juice and sugar, and boil vigourously for 20 minutes while stirring constantly. Add margerine to prevent frothing while boiling. Meanwhile boil canning jars in roiling water so they are completely covered with water, for at least 10 minutes. Also boil lids for jars.
Once done, add jam to sterilised jars and clean rim of jar prior to placing lids on. Leave standing upright to cool for 24 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 10 cups = 160 Tbsp
