Introduction

A simple side dish that goes great with pasta or BBQ! This is such an easy fresh tasting dish!! A simple side dish that goes great with pasta or BBQ! This is such an easy fresh tasting dish!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    20 Basil Leaves - Sliced and chopped
    1 cup of cherry tomatoes - diced in half
    9 Mozzarella Balls - sliced in half
    2 tbsp of Balsamic Vingarette
    1 15 oz Focaccia (Or you can use your favorite bread


Directions

Add all the ingredients, but not the bread together in a baggie or bowl and marinate for 30 minutes, but no longer then 2 hours.

Slice your bread into 8 pieces and then top the Focaccia bread with your ingredients and bake or grill until the cheese is melted!

Enjoy!!
