Ingredients

    2.5 cups Whole Grain Spelt Flour
    1 Tbs. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Sea Salt
    1/4 cup Granulated Fructose (or Sugar)
    1/6 cup Oil or Melted Butter
    2 Medium Eggs
    2 cups nonfat Milk
    1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
    1 Tbs. ground flax meal

Directions

Mix everything together and pour in small batches in waffle iron. Bake for 1-2 minutes. Can be frozen or kept in fridge and reaheated in toaster.
