Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
    3 T. onion, chopped
    1 T. butter (margerine)
    3 medium potatoes, peeled, cut bite size & boiled
    10 oz. pkg. frozen corn, cooked
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 4oz. can mushrooms with juice
    2 C. milk, 2 %
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook bacon, crumble and set aside. Add butter to bacon pan, add onions and saute until cooked. Peel & prepare potatoes in bite size portions and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook the corn as well. Meantime, mix soup well before adding the milk a little at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add all ingredients to soup mixture, heat and serve as a meal.
Makes about 12 cup servings.
