Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes chopped and boiled
    1/2 medium cauliflower chopped and boiled
    2 small onions diced
    1 tsp garlic chopped
    1 can chickpeas
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tbsp cumin
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 tbsp oil
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can milk

Directions

cook onion over med-low heat until clear (do not brown), add garlic and spices and stir constatly for a minute or two. Add soup and milk stirring constantly until it returns to boil. Add chick peas potato and cauliflower stir until coated with sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over rice (not included in the calories).

Serving Size: makes 8 servings about a cup each
