Introduction

The taste of twice baked potatoes with half the effort! The taste of twice baked potatoes with half the effort!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 lb of potatoes (I prefer little yukon golds)
    3/4 cup milk
    4 slices of white cheddar (I used kroger deli cheese)
    Minced Onion
    4 tbsp salted butter

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender
Mash potatoes
Add milk, minced onion, No-Salt, and pepper
Blend until a consistency you like (I like it smooth!)
Mix in butter
Place in an 8x8 inch pyrex pan
Place cheese on top
Cook for about 10 minutes or until cheesy is bubbly and the center of the potatoes is warm.


Serving Size: Makes one 8x8 pan for about 10 servings

    This was very hard to rate. I am giving it only two stars because the directions say to add No-Salt and pepper. No-Salt and pepper are NOT in this recipe. The creator of this recipe needs to fix that confusion. - 5/18/21
