    8 oz farfalle pasta (or shells or other fun shaped pasta)
    2 to 3 cups of fresh broccoli florrets
    1 to 2 Roma tomatoes diced
    3/4 cup Kraft light mayo
    4 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb (more to taste)
    Salt (to taste)
    1 5oz can of white meat chicken (drained)
    2 to 3 tbsp vinegar (white, cider, or red wine)


Cook pasta according to directions. Toss in broccoli just as pasta returns to a boil to lightly cook broccoli.

In a medium or small bowl mix together mayo, Mrs. Dash, salt, and vinegar. Mix well to create a dressing. Use additional vinegar to thin the dressing as needed.

In a large bowl combine chicken, cooked pasta, cooked broccoli, and tomato. Pour dressing over pasta and toss. Add salt or Mrs. Dash as needed.

Makes 4 entree sized servings
Makes 8 to 10 side dish servings
