Ingredients

    2 cups dried red kidney beans
    1 clove garlic
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 tsp dried thyme
    2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tbsp salt
    32oz water

Directions

Wash dried beans and add other ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
When boiling, lower fire to medium heat and cook until beans are broken into pieces and liquid has thicken.
Makes 10 1/2 cup serving
