Introduction
My version of egg salad with out the yolk and relish. I really enjoy egg salad but when I realized how much sodium and calories it had I flipped. So I tried this on a whim and though it's not the original good stuff....it serves as a good substitution. Hope you enjoy and please don't let the honey scare you. Ingredients

6 Egg Whites
1/4 Diced onion (which ever u like)
1 tbsp Light mayo
2tsp Honey
1tsp Yellow mustard
*Season to taste
** Try with wheat thins for a healthy snack or even a lettuce wrap!
Directions
Hard boil 6 eggs. While these are boiling dice up a small amount of onion and measure the rest of the ingredients. Set aside in medium bowl for later. Cool down peel eggs and remove yolk. Save yolk(s) for another use or throw them away. Dice egg whites and place in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients from earlier. Mix and add some spices to make it your own! * I hope you enjoy!
