Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1 c. raw chopped onion
    1/2 c. raw green pepper chopped
    1/4 c. raw celery chopped
    3 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1.5 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. black beans
    2 tsp. yellow mustard- optional

Directions

saute onion, green pepper and celery on fry pan with olive oil. Add sauted mixture to ground turkey in bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. These burgers are great on grill or in the house. If desired add a small slice of cheese and eat on a whole wheat low-cal bun with low fat mayo...yum!
