Ingredients

    1 c diced Fresh Rhubarb
    1/2 c diced Fresh Strawberries
    1/3 c diced Red Onion
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1/3 c Brown Sugar, unpacked
    2 tsp Minced Ginger Root (fresh or prepared)
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper
    1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
    1/3 c raisins, unpacked

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil until tender--about 3 min. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 min on low. Great with turkey and pork.
