Ingredients

    500 g diced beef
    375 g taglitalle
    2t brown sugar
    paprika
    2 tb plain flour
    2 c stock
    carrot thinly sliced
    2 t garlic
    basil leaves

Directions

brown beef place in casserole dish
fry onion until soft, add garlic, paprika, flour and 1 tbs stock
add rest of stock and [pour over beef
cook in a slow oven
add carrot near the end of cooking
boil taglitalle and place beef mixrure on top for serving
add basil leaves
