    Chicken Breast, six ounces
    1/4 cup bread crumbs


Heat oven to 375

Spay cookie sheet with Pam

Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Try to have them about the same size to ensure even cooking. Rinse with water from the sink. Coat each piece with the bread crumbs.

Place coated chicken evenly on the sprayed cookie sheet. LIGHTLY spray the chicken. This aids in browning.

Bake until done.

Note: You can fry the pieces, but that will add fat and calories.
