Introduction

Tropical smoothie to start the day off right! Tropical smoothie to start the day off right!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium banana (frozen bananas make for sweeter smoothie)

    1 C frozen, unsweetened strawberries

    1 C pineapple chunks

    2 C orange juice, 100% juice

Directions

Put frozen strawberries, banana, pineapple in blender. Pour 2 cups of orange juice in. (I added some water to fill my blender and make it go a little further.) (Also, you can add vanilla soy milk if you want it creamy.)

Serving Size: Makes 4 8-oz servings
