Ingredients

    200g green snap beans frozen
    100g baby carrots frozen
    1 can (12.5oz),tuna in water drained
    10 sprigs parsley
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

1. Put beans and carrots in salted boiling water for 10 min or until a little tender ( don't over boil)
2. Stop boiling by putting veggies in ice water and drain
3. Mix with rest of ingredients and serve.
