Ingredients

    1/2 package Bob's Red Mill Cornbread Mix (Gluten-free)
    5 tbsp coconut oil
    3/4 cup coconut milk
    1 egg

Directions

Have all the ingredients at room temp. Preheat Oven to 375F Degrees. Spray a 9 in bread pan. Combine ingredients with electric mixer, low speed until blended. Beat another 30 sec with mixer on high. Pour into baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
