Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Medium Tomatoes chopped
    1/2 large onion chopped (approx. 1 cup)
    1 large cucumber; peeled, seeded & chopped
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    4 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    2 tsp Garlic powder (adjust to taste)
    1 Tbsp Dill Weed (dried)
    1 tsp Salt

Directions

Combine ingrediants and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnite. Serve cold.
