Introduction

Meatballs covered in cream of mushroom soup to make a creamy gravy. Meatballs covered in cream of mushroom soup to make a creamy gravy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb of Turkey burger
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    8 unsalted saltine crackers
    2 tsp ground oregano
    1 egg lightly beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can Milk
    1TBS vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix ground turkey with onion, garlic, crushed crackers, oregano, and egg.
Form into 8 meatballs
Brown meatballs in vegetable oil and then drain on paper towel.
Mix mushroom soup with milk.
Place meatballs in medium Casserole Dish. Pour soup mixture over.
Bake covered 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
