Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Baby Red Skin Roasted Potatoes - 2 bags
    Olive Oil - 4 TBSP
    Fresh Rosemary - 4 sprigs
    Kosher Salt - to flavor

Directions

Clean potatoes and slice in half. Make all similar size.
Place in bowl
Add olive oil, rosemary and kosher salt
Mix ingredients
Place in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees
Turn every 15 minutes
Remove when golden brown and crispy.
45-75 minutes depending on preference of crispiness.
