Ingredients

    1 19 oz can black beans
    1 15.5 oz can kidney beans
    2 cups chopped tomatoes, fresh
    1 cup chopped onion
    4-6 cloves of garlic (to taste)
    Chili seasoning (nutrition is based on simply organic spicy chili seasoning packet)
    16 lean ground turkey, drained
    2 cups water
    1 15.5 oz can diced tomatoes for chili
    fresh herbs to taste (I used basil and parsley)

Directions

Cook and drain turkey, chop veggies, toss everything in the crock pot and come back later! Hearty spicy dinner that satisfies and has a great nutritional profile! Note that the chili seasoning I used is very spicy--opt for something milder if you're faint of heart or serving little ones.
