Introduction

Smoky Mexican-style Shrimp that can be served alone or in a variety of dishes. Smoky Mexican-style Shrimp that can be served alone or in a variety of dishes.

Ingredients

    1 lb. of medium shrimp, raw, shells removed
    4 tbl. chipotle peppers in adobo
    4 garlic cloves
    salt, to taste

Directions

Put the chipotle peppers and garlic in a food processor and combine until a fine paste. Marinate the raw shrimp in the garlic chipotle sauce 20 min. or as long as you'd like. From there, grill or bake the shrimp until just opaque in the center.

Serve with esquites or on top of a mexican salad. Enjoy! :)
