Ingredients

    4 oz. Boneless Skinless chicken breast
    2 long beans cut into 2 inch pieces
    1 Thai Basil leaf cut into thin strips
    1 tbsp oil
    1-1/2 Red Curry Paste
    2 tsp sugar - homemade
    1/3 cup coconut milk
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Heat small pot with oil
Saute red curry paste until aromatic
Add chicken, stir well
Add coconut milk, water, long beans, thai basil, and bring to boil
Add sugar
Stir constantly for 1- seconds
Serve with hot jasmine rice
