Introduction

A great accompaniment to Roast beef, this is a lighter version.
if you use 1% or FF milk omit the water & use 0.25c

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 0.25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (room temp)
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 0.15 cup
    Water, tap, 0.1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Oil - Flora Sunflower Spray Oil 0.6ml (short spray) serving, 3 serving

Directions

mix all ingredients except oil.
beat well let stand for 20 mins.
heat oven to 400 *f spray an 8" pan with oil & heat 2-3 mins
pour batter mix in & bake 20-30 mins until risen & brown.
serve with roast beef
