Ingredients

10 rectangles Low Fat Cinnamon graham crackers
    4 Bananas, sliced
    15 Strawberries, quartered
1 package fat free/sugar free Jello Vanilla pudding (big box)
1 container (8oz) Cool Whip Free (fat free whipped topping)
    3 cups Skim Milk

Directions

Take about 5 rectangle low fat cinnamon graham crackers, broken into squares and spread them evenly in the bottom of a 9X9 pan. Mix together the Jell-O Fat Free/Sugar Free Vanilla pudding mixture and 3 cups skim milk. Fold in the Cool Whip Free (fat free whipped topping) to the pudding mixture after it sets. Pour half the mixture onto the first layer of the graham crackers. Cut about 4 bananas into slices and line the slices on the pudding/cool whip mixture. Make another lining of graham crackers, about 5 rectangles again evenly on top of the banana/pudding/cool whip layer. Top with the remaining cool whip/pudding mixture. Slice about 15 strawberries and line the top of the 2nd layer. Crush one small square of graham cracker and layer on top. Refrigerate for 4+ hours in order for the graham cracker to soften.
