    4 c cubed sweet potato
    1 c whole fresh cranberries
    1 apple, peeled and cubed
    1 T splenda
    1t curry powder
    1 t cinnamon
    1 t mace
    1/2 t red chili flakes
    1 t cumin


Put all ingredients into a large frying pan, add a little water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.

  • I made this with a slight variation with the spices. I used honey instead of splenda. I don't use artifical sweeteners. My husband and I both enjoyed it. i will serve it to my grandchildren on the weekend. - 10/29/08
