*Baby Red Potatoes - 2 potatoes, 6 serving (remove)
Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)
*Coriander seed, 1 tsp (remove)
*Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Methi leaves - 100gms, 1.5 serving (remove)
*Lemon Juice, 1 mL (remove)
Directions
Clean methi leaves by removing the tender leaves from the stalks. Discard the stalks and wash leaves thoroughly to remove any soil.
Wash and boil potatoes until just a little soft. Peel and cut.
Heat oil. Add cumin seeds, minced garlic and chopped green chillies. After stirring for a few min add chopped onions. Fry until transparent and then add cut potatoes. Add salt, cumin and coriander powders and mix well until the potatoes are coated well wiith the spices. Then after a few min add chopped methi leaves and continue stirring. Turn off heat after about 5-6 min and stir in lemon juice.
