1 tsp Ginger, ground
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 c Walnuts, chopped
1/4 c Canola Oil
1-4oz container Motts unsweetened Applesauce
1 Egg
1 c white flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2 c chopped apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat egg and add wet ingredients.
Mix dry and wet ingredients.
Fold in chopped apples.
Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Size: 1- 8x8 pan cut into 9 squares
