Ingredients

    2 large egg whites, beaten
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
    ½ Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs All Natural Whole Wheat Style
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    2 pounds lean ground beef

    SAUCE:
    ¼ cup catsup
    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Directions

1) In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, milk and horseradish. Stir in the breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Divide into two loaves and shape in loaf pan.
2) Place in preheated 375°F oven for 1 hours.
3) Meanwhite, in a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients; spoon over loaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160°.
Yield: 12 servings.
