Ingredients

    *Bean sprouts, 2 cup (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Chicken Drumstick, 1 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)
    *(V) Onion, raw, 5.3 oz (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Himalayan Pink Salt, 0.12 tsp (remove)

Directions

place oil in pan and add chicken, chop onion and add. Use a planer to shred the garlic and ginger and add to the pan. You can add a little filtered water as needed. Add cabbage and bean sprouts (I used canned sprouts due to the e coli scares) Add all items and cook till tender. You can add noodles if you would like or cooked brown rice.
