Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 tsp vanillla
    1 egg
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

Mix liquid ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients except blueberries together.
Add dry to wet and mix until just incorporated.
Fold in blueberries.
