    656g Sprouted Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans (1/4" tails)
    56g Sesame Seeds, Ground
    112g Lemon Juice, Fresh
    24g Garlic, Minced
    2g Cumin, Ground
    12g Red Pepper Flakes
    2g Cayenne Pepper
    6g Salt

Directions

Recipe is for 656g (4 cups) of sprouted beans
Salt may not be necessary if you are using canned beans

1) If using whole garlic, add it to the food processor or blender first and pulse until it is minced.
2) Add other ingredients and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
