Ingredients

    1 cup Yoplait Thick & Creamy Vanilla yogurt
    1 cup frozen strawberries (whole)
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1 cup fruit juice (my favorite is Welch's white grape cherry, but Juicy Juice kiwi strawberry is also excellent)

Directions

blend all together in a blender until smooth.

also excellent to put in popsicle molds!

Serving Size: makes 4 small servings
