Ingredients

    2 Yolks
    2 Cups Milk
    2 Cups King Arthur Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
    1 Tbsp Xanthan Gum
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/3 c. Butter
    2 Egg Whites, Stiffly Beaten

Directions

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT egg whites. Fold in Egg Whites gently. Pour over Waffle Maker 2/3 cup batter each time. Top with your favorite toppings.
