Ingredients

    2 fl oz *Lemon Juice,
    4 tbsp *SAN J Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Honey
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Ginger, ground,
    0.5 tsp*Chef Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends, Seafood Magic
    18 oz *Salmon, Omaha Steaks, (3 pieces)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except salmon; place salmon fillets in gallon-size freezer bag, pour in marinade, seal bag and shake. Allow to marinate 30 min to one hour, turning/rubbing once.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon with marinade in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily at the thickest part.
