Ingredients

    1 kg bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 TBS olive oil
    2 med onions chopped
    20 oz leftover roast beef, finely chopped
    Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb blend
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 cup cooked diced carrot

Directions

Saute the onion in the olive oil. Add hash browns and cook until starting to brown. Add seasonings and roast beef. Last 10 minutes add cooked carrots for color.
